Why the work matters
The mortgage is financial.
The decision is personal.
I live in the Beaches with my wife and children and work with clients across Ontario.
A home is part of a much bigger life. A new purchase, a changing income, a renovation or a fresh start can bring questions that a rate quote alone cannot answer.
That’s why I want to understand the person behind the application. What matters to you? What is creating pressure? What would make the next few years easier to manage?
The work is personal. The analysis still needs to be rigorous.

Your situation comes first.
I’ll ask about your goals, commitments and concerns before recommending a direction. You should not have to fit your life into a product someone has already chosen.
02 / EXPLAIN
You deserve the full picture.
The payment matters. So do the total cost, the restrictions and what could change next. I’ll explain the downside as well as the potential benefit.
03 / BE DIRECT
A change has to earn its place.
If keeping the mortgage you have or waiting makes more sense, that belongs in the conversation. A useful recommendation is not always a new mortgage.
